Steve Cox
Steve Cox is the Broker-n-Charge for Haywood Properties Inc. He takes pride in his company’s dedication to helping clients realize their dreams of owning a piece Western NC real estate. As a native of Western North Carolina, Steve has been involved in the real estate industry since 1978 and comes from a background in construction as well as commercial development.
As a result of his involvement in nearly 1000 property transactions, Steve has built Haywood Properties, Inc. into one of Haywood County’s most experienced real estate companies. For more than 26 years, Steve has been providing his unique blend of expertise and hands-on service in both residential and commercial sales, land listings and 1031 exchanges throughout the area.
Steve specializes in helping clients interested in land purchases within the Waynesville area as well as other parts of Haywood Country such as Maggie Valley, Jonathan Creek, Canton, Clyde, Balsam, Fine’s Creek and Bethel.
